PRAGYAN is a partnership firm established on 15th July, 2024, by Sh. Hari Kishan Beniwal and Smt. Bala Devi. The firm is dedicated to providing specialized training and consultancy services, focusing on vigilance operations and business solutions for both public and private sectors, including government departments, ministries, banks, and private enterprises.

Our Financial Practices

  • Annual Reporting: Every year on 31st March, the firm prepares a comprehensive Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet, with all profits and losses credited or debited to the partners' personal accounts.
  • Legal Consultancy: All business operations are governed by the provisions of the Partnership Act, 1932, and financial transactions are carried out with mutual consent.

Dispute Resolution and Amendments

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between partners will be resolved either mutually or through a single arbitrator, appointed with the consent of both partners.
  • Flexible Agreement: The partnership deed may be amended with mutual agreement, ensuring flexibility in adapting to business needs.
